About us
Based in the Sussex countryside we specialise in the engineering, design, manufacturing and erection of Energy Efficient Timber Frame Structures, including additional stories to existing structures, Single Bespoke Houses, Multi- Storey Structures and Multi-unit Developments. At Sussex Timber Frame we offer an outstanding service by ensuring timely delivery of quality products with unrivalled customer service, we believe that successful construction is a team effort with all parties acting proactively and see this as the only way to build long term working relationships; allowing all to prosper. The Director and Management team hold full time hands on roles within our company, involved in all projects from initial enquiry, through design to completed structure and beyond.
What we do
Our existing clients range from Self Builders to Commercial Developers, all of which receive the same high level of service throughout the design, manufacture and erection process, applying our combined experience of over 30 years to ensure an efficient and cost effective build. At Sussex Timber Frame we liaise direct with our client’s project engineers, architects and project managers to ensure our structures meet their requirements, whether it be to suite; Code for Sustainable Homes, Lifetime Homes Specification, NHBC Certification, Disproportionate Collapse or Bespoke design requirements.
